I can't begin to tell you how satisfied I am with the work the technician did here in our office for our annual cleaning for our ice/water machine. It was exceptional work! I got his name because I was so pleased. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable and knew everything about the machine and taught me a few things. He explained to me how the machine and different parts work. It was a breath of fresh air to hear someone talk with such positivity and interest about what they do and care about the job they do. He was very professional and had a great attitude! I explained the machine stainless steel backsplash has white build-up and the reservoir grate filled with calcium buildup looks really bad and he said he would take care of that and not to worry. And that he did. When I came back I couldn't believe how great the machine looked! They both look shiny and brand new again! Such a big difference he made. So needless to say we are extremely pleased!

Really like getting a call letting me know when someone is going to be able to get to my location.
